I saw a neat ladies shrug on Pinterest and thought it would be fun to create an easy one for Barbie. Especially timely as we're entering spring and milder weather. My idea is simply made from a rectangle of felt. This project comes together as quickly as your hot glue gun heats up... We like that kind of project:@) The shrug can be just felt, or embellished and decorated with anything in your craft stash. Please stop by Happier Than A Pig In Mud to see how I made it.
