I saw some, um, ugly Christmas sweater dresses at Walmart and thought it might be fun to whip one up for Barbie:@) This is a super simple project that only requires a 25¢ (yikes inflation! 35¢) piece of felt and anything you have in the craft stash to decorate the tree.
