Walmart has these cute Santa coat ornaments this year, and I just had to grab one for a simple deconstructing Barbie/Ken project. Much like the ugly Christmas sweater ornaments, we only need to cut or pull the jacket off of the hanger and free the sleeves (which were glued to the sides of the jacket). Then I hot glued a little velcro at the waist to close the jacket. 15 minutes and wa-la, Ken is ready for some Christmas fun:@) This is a broad Ken, it fits him and standard Ken fine. The sleeves are a little long, but it's still fun! Also... It will fit Elf on the Shelf. Have you seen the cost of outfits for him???

It will work better when he's not dressed in overalls,
but I wanted to try it out.
Every year I have fun looking for ornaments that work in Barbie's world,
this is #1 for 2022.
I cleaned up the fuzzies with some tape,
and the fabric has some fine glitter on it.
