Ken says when he's on vacation he wants his clothes to be as loose, cool and casual as he is... I decided to take my Barbie no-hem tunic top idea and make a tank top for Ken. Very basic, but it can really be fun by choosing fabrics with different prints. I'm lovin' this one with a tropical vibe:@) A word about prints with a one directional motif... To keep this project as simple as possible I folded my fabric in half at the shoulders. This means the print on the back is upside down. Please be aware of that when choosing fabric, a solid or abstract design might be best, but I just had to make ~something~ with this print!
Easy, light and breezy...
This would be a fantastic beginners sewing project for kids, even a group project for sleepovers.
We here at DIY Barbie Blog wish everyone a
shady spot, cold drink, and a little time to relax this summer...
Tropical background is the page from a calendar.
Ken says bye for now,
got a pig roast to get to😎
✂Make something just for fun and have a happy day!
