As the weather heats up I wanted to share a super simple idea for a Kelly doll bathing suit from a balloon. Literally four cuts and a stretch over her head-done! I used a balloon that's about 2" at the widest point, maybe makes a 9" inflated balloon. I just picked up a pack of assorted sizes. Simply cut the neck off, make a small slit about 1/4" from the cut end, this is the hole that stretches over her head. Then two little leg holes on the round bottom part. Open the cut end, push her legs through the holes, stretch over head, do a little arranging and wa-la, we're ready for a day at the beach:@)
