Santa Scarf for Barbie -Dollar Store Inspiration -Free Pattern

I have a silly side folks, yep. Throwing that out there in case that wasn't obvious by the fact that I have a Barbie Blog:@) Every year I look at these Santa scarves at Dollar Tree, and this year I picked one up for myself. Just something Christmas-y to wear while running around doing errands on the weekend. Then I thought it would be fun to make a similar one for Barbie...

So, here it is! 

The key is to start with a super soft, flowing fleece.

I used a Santa wine bottle bag from Dollar Tree.

And yes, the hat fits the dolls too😉

Use the solid red back,

cut a strip approximately 1 1/2" wide by 9" long.

I folded mine three times long ways.

This fabric won't crease like cotton, 

but a dab of glue here and there will help give a little shape.

Scrunch each end and hot glue 1/2" pom-poms.

Done😎
