It looks like Santa made his rounds and the dolls are gathered near the cozy fireplace. Enjoying some together time (and perhaps a much needed cup of coffee), before opening presents. A very small intimate gathering, just Barbie and Ken today... Much like many celebrations in this year of 2020. Barbie says, even though we may not all be able to get together, nothing can keep us from recalling and sharing the special memories of those we love from Christmases past!
Details:
Bottle brush Walmart tree, wrapped in fairly lights and beaded garland from thrift store.
Rug = Faux fur remnant.
Fireplace is the insert from a Gloria playset -I'll be working on a mantel,
the original is gorgeous but ~huge~... Not for a Barbie house, more for a Barbie mansion😉.
Kitten is from one of the small Barbie playsets at Dollar Tree this year.
Santa hat = From wine bottle bag at Dollar Tree.
All clothes are assorted Mattel.
Ornaments as props = Thrift store stocking and $1 deer head-I've been thinking about
that deer head over the fireplace for years!
