Cool and breezy!
Supplies: fabric, velcro and hot glue
- Make 6" long triangle of fabric; fold fabric in half, measure 3" long across top and 3" down on fold.
- Cut triangle with pinking shears if you have them.
- Fold long top of triangle over about 1/4" and either iron or run your fingernail over it a couple times to keep fold in place. (I used my fingernail.)
- Hot glue (or sew) velcro to ends so they close behind doll's back.
- Throw some burgers on the grill and enjoy your simple new 4th of July Barbie top😎
This is also the perfect size to use as a head scarf too.
Make something just for fun and have a happy day!

So cute and so quick! Thanks for sharing with us at our Summer Fun party. Pinned.
ReplyDeleteThanks for the fun seasonal inspiration!
DeleteOmgosh, how cute is this?! I wish I would have made clothes for Barbie when my girls had them.
ReplyDeleteThanks, I'm having fun with the Barbie blog!
DeleteAm loving your ideas. Our church is doing a raffle at our Christmas Fair in Nov. Our carpeneter and crocheter are collaborating to make a Barbie dollhouse. I am having a good time making simple clothes and accessories as I love 1/12 scale minis. So we'll have a few things to sell that kids can afford when they don't win the "big package"!
ReplyDeleteAw, that sounds great-have fun!
DeleteSo easy and cute!
