The flocked puppy (Ruff) is from a 90% off after Easter clearance Barbie egg at Walmart.
- Blow up balloon a couple times to soften and stretch it. My balloon was 3 1/4" wide.
- There are many options for stuffing. I've seen little foam balls at Dollar Tree, you could use beads, small dry beans, rice, or I chose lentils. Generally, I'm not a big fan of using real food in craft projects, but I made sure I tied the balloon opening tightly closed.
- Stretch opening and fill balloon with stuffing of choice. I cut the rolled end off so it would stretch easier and stretched it over a 1" piece of pvc pipe like a funnel.
- Press out the air and tie balloon closed securely.
- Push and stretch chair to shape, and position the neck of the balloon on the bottom.
- My best tip: Use way less stuffing than you think you need. After I took the pic below, I re-opened the balloon ~twice~ to remove more lentils.
