I can't imagine growing up having been strapped in for my childhood so it wasn't until I read your disclaimer I realized I was supposed to be shocked. I do understand the enhanced safety but I loved the comfort of sleeping in the back of the station wagon on long trips. :)

The dolls are ~packed~ into this vehicle! But for $1 at the thrift store, it was a fun find:@)

ReplyDeleteI remember sitting in my Pop pop's lap while driving down the Jersey Turnpike. He let me "drive" when I was 4 or 5. Of course, there was a LOT less traffic then :)
